Board of Directors

The IWLCA is governed by a Board of Directors with officials elected by the membership. The role of the Board is to provide insight, guidance, and support for the advancement of women's college lacrosse and its coaches, serve as fiduciaries for the membership, and oversee the IWLCA's leadership team.

IWLCA President

Kelly Gallagher was elected as the IWLCA President in 2023. Her term as President of the Board of Directors expires in June 2026. Gallagher is the head coach at the University of Tampa.

IWLCA Vice President

Gabby Capuzzi Solomon was elected as the IWLCA Vice President in 2024. Her term on the Board of Directors expires in June 2027. Capuzzi Solomon is the associate head coach at the United States Naval Academy.
