Board of Directors

The IWLCA is governed by a Board of Directors with officials elected by the membership. The role of the Board is to provide insight, guidance, and support for the advancement of women's college lacrosse and its coaches, serve as fiduciaries for the membership, and oversee the IWLCA's leadership team.

Meredith Black

IWLCA President

Meredith Black was elected as the IWLCA President in 2026. Her term on the Board of Directors expires in June 2029. Black is the head coach at Marquette University.

Gabby Capuzzi Solomon

IWLCA Vice President

Gabby Capuzzi Solomon was elected as the IWLCA Vice President in 2024. Her term on the Board of Directors expires in June 2027. Capuzzi Solomon is the associate head coach at the United States Naval Academy.

Karrie Moore

IWLCA Secretary

Karrie Moore was elected as the IWLCA Secretary in 2026. Her term on the Board of Directors expires in June 2029. Moore is the head coach at Ithaca College.

Kelsey Howard

Treasurer

Kelsey Howard was re-elected as the Treasurer in 2025. Her term on the Board of Directors expires in June 2028. Howard is an assistant coach at Stanford University.

Kelly Gallagher

IWLCA Past President

Kelly Gallagher served a term as IWLCA President from July 2023-June 2026. she is now serving a one-year term as Past President of the IWLCA.
